I met Jacelyn purely by chance; After meeting with her a few times and comparing a few medical insurance schemes available in the market, I decided that I will go for a full cover with extra rider from her. I was (an EP working in Singapore but was) planning to be a student and considering the medical expenses in Singapore, it was a wise choice for me. It was indeed! Looking back, I think I must thank my stars to have met her.

I joined my school in January 2017 and just after 2 months into the course, I met with a sports accident and broke my ankle (Achilles Tendon); it was a full rupture and the doctor recommended a surgery. I consulted Jacelyn and she assured me her full support and came right in the evening of the same day to meet me. She explained to me all the procedures and assured me that she will be there to take care of everything related to the insurance. She was indeed there, and I really didn’t have to worry about any of the documentation or any procedures which was needed for the claim. This beautiful girl ran around and got all the required signatures and documentation from the hospital while I was resting peacefully in my room. The only trouble she asked of me was to sign the forms which I of course happily obliged. I couldn’t thank her enough for just being there (and of course for all the fruits she brought whenever she came to meet me) when I needed the financial support the most.
